RSVP to indicate whether the swimmer plans to compete in the T.A.A.F. State meet in College Station, Texas if they are a State Qualifier at the Regional Championship Meet. This is critical information for coaches when assembling the Regional meet relay teams. Understand that there will be no changes made once the coaches have assembled the final relay teams and submitted registration information to the Regional meet hosts and T.A.A.F. NOTE: please RSVP for the SWIMMER only. Leave non-swimmers – like parents - as a “no reply”. The deadline to RSVP is noon Saturday, July 11th. State Meet sessions for each age group will be held in College Station, TX on one of the following days, subject to change: SESSION ONE Thursday, 7/30/2026 - 4:00 p.m. Boys, Ages 11-14 SESSION TWO Friday, 7/31/2026 - 8:30 a.m. Boys, Ages 9/10 & 15-17 SESSION THREE Friday, 7/31/2026 - 2:00 P.m. END-OF-THE-SEASON PARTY RSVP The end-of-the-season pool party will be held at Rosemeade Pool on Sunday, July 26 from 6:30-10:30 pm for swimmers and their immediate families. By “immediate family”, we mean swimmers and their parents/guardians and siblings. The team member(s) and 2 family members eat free (that's 2 family members per family, not per swimmer). Additional guests are only $7 and can be paid in the team shop. Payment is due by RSVP deadline. Failure to pay by deadline will result in removal from guest list and access to event. • Please RSVP by Saturday, July 18 with total count and names of attendees.
